is threatening to evict you illegally (ie without giving you proper notice)
is harassing you
refuses to carry out repairs
refuses to give you a rent book.

Ja miałam to samo w lutym ,jak był mrozik,przez tydzień siedzieliśmy w zimnej chacie i bez ciepłej wody....Agencja mnie olała,z councilu przyjechał pan,ale dopiero po interwencji pani Jadzi.Piec został naprawiony następnego dnia.Jak wytrzymujecie tak długo???/
