Service Advisor - permanent job !!!Location: Coventry
Days: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-1pm (1 Saturday in every 4-6weeks)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus bonus (~£8,000 per annum)

Key Skills Required for the Service Advisor:
Experience would in a Dealership environment would be ideal,
Experience is a fast-paced Customer Service environment (such as a call centre),
Experience as a Service Advisor in a busy dealership would be beneficial but is not essential,
Customer focused and an excellent communicator,
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software would be ideal,
Be technically minded with the ability to professionally communication service and repair work with customers,
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update customers and vehicle records
Communicate estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work to the customer.
A driving licence is essential.
