Service Administrator - PERMANENT ROLE - COVENTRYLocation: Coventry
Days: Monday-Friday, 40-hours
Salary: £22,000 per annum plus bonus (~£250 per month) Permanent
As a Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in operations by ensuring all administrative tasks relating to car services and repairs are handled efficiently and accurately.
Schedule service appointments and liaise with customers over phone, email, and in-person to discuss their needs.
Maintain a comprehensive record of all services, repairs, and inspections.
Communicate with service technicians to understand the nature of work done or required on vehicles.
Generate accurate invoices for all completed work.
Coordinate with parts department for availability and ordering of parts.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints swiftly and professionally.
Work with the service team to meet monthly targets.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Qualifications for the Service Administrator role:
Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service position is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong numeracy skills for handling invoices and accounts.
