Service Desk Advisors £8.21ph + shift

Enigma Employment Ltd now have fantastic opportunities for 3 Service Desk Advisors to start immediately. You will be responsible for  Logging all customer incidents and/or service requests.  Record all fault or service request information from the user onto the incident management system (SDO). To question and diagnose each incident and/or service request ensuring all details are accurate and meaningful with the correct level of information recorded.  Understanding the impact of the incident or service request in line with the customer’s business and systems.  Apply first time fixes wherever possible before passing incidents or service requests to the correct resolver group.  Monitor and manage all incidents and/or service requests following up with resolver groups to ensure service levels are adhered to. Essential requirements:  A desire to provide exceptional customer service. Clear and polite telephone manner  Rapid and accurate data entry skills  Ability to display a logical and methodical approach to problem solving  Ensure agreed escalation procedures are adhered to and appropriate personnel are informed of high priority or potentially high-risk customer issues. Applicants should be customer focused, IT literate with Level 3 qualification in IT, and be interested in developing a career in IT. Applicants must be able to work a 37½ hour week on a shift based system within a 24/7, 365 rota, shift allowance is paid up to £122per day depending on the shift.
