Assistant to Property Manager

Assistant to Property Manager Duties include: bills and expenses against rental income presentations, housekeeping assistance, do monthly bills calculations, do monthly and quarterly profit - loss calculations, presenting monthly, quarterly and annual accounts to the property manager, entering data on the various sites, downloading various bills from utility companies, providing financial control information’s to the property manager. Ideal candidate: 1st/ 2Nd year student with good spreadsheet and accounting software skills, good communication skills, good time management. Flexible hours - up to 15h per week.
