Pay rate: £12.00 per hour
Our client, a large, well-established manufacturing company that specialises in the production and delivery of cooking appliances, interior furnishings, and accessories, based in Leamington Spa.
They are currently seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their existing team on a long-term temporary basis in Leamington Spa, offering a pay rate of £12.00 per hour.
The duties and responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator:
Organising the planning, selection and completion of loads and ensure customers receive products on time.
Making sure products are invoiced on delivery or despatch as appropriate
Liaise with internal customers to ensure maximum company despatches and that any issues are communicated in a timely manner
Contact customers where required to arrange suitable delivery booking slots
Complete all required paperwork
Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure outbound planning requirements to ensure suitable pick and load cover is available
Resolve internal invoice queries
Contribute to continuous improvement of all processes within the team by challenging what can be improved on
